COLDOO orders are prepared through our U.S. warehouse whenever inventory is available, with clear tracking and plain outer packaging for a more private delivery experience.

Most in-stock orders are prepared Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Standard delivery
3-7 business days
Typical U.S. delivery estimate after dispatch. Final options appear at checkout.
Tracking
Sent after dispatch
Tracking may take up to 24-48 hours to show movement after the carrier receives the parcel.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing begins after payment is approved and order details are complete.
U.S. Delivery Estimates
Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch. If faster shipping options are available, they will appear at checkout.
Address Accuracy
- Please enter your shipping address carefully before placing the order.
- Address changes can only be requested before dispatch and are not guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
Tracking and Delivery
When your order ships, tracking details are sent to the email used at checkout. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, please check your mailbox, parcel locker, building office, household members, and carrier delivery notes before contacting support.
Discreet Packaging
Every order is packed in a plain outer parcel without product photos or intimate product names on the outside. Required carrier labels may still show standard sender, warehouse, and delivery information.
